Usage is tracked to the second for fair billing. If your automation runs for 2 minutes and 45 seconds, that's exactly what you're charged for - no rounding up.
What happens when I run out of time?
On paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business), overage charges apply at your plan's rate. You can also buy additional minutes anytime from your billing settings. On the Free plan, you'll need to upgrade or wait for time to reset next month.
Can I buy minutes without a subscription?
Minute top-ups are available to paid subscribers only. This ensures you get the best value - subscription time is significantly cheaper than top-up rates.
Does unused time roll over?
Subscription time resets each billing cycle and doesn't roll over. Purchased minutes never expire and can be used anytime.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing.
